The new Kino Film Documentary Premiere At Vatican City This december. The new film “Viva Kino! Attraverso deserti senza frontiera tra Messico e Stati Uniti” (¡Viva Kino! Across The Deserts Without Borders between Mexico and the United States”) recounts Kino’s life in those territories working for peace and human dignity. It tells also how life is taking place today in the Sonoran Desert Borderlands. The team of the Italian film production company Aurora Vision, traveled to Arizona and Sonora last May and interviewed many who continue Kino’s legacy and overcome the divisive rhetoric of the Border Wall between the two countries. The Kino Documentary’s director Lia Giovanazzi Beltrami and producer Andrea Morghen are now in Ethiopia making a new film about the Eritrean refugee camps. They will return to Rome for the Kino Documentary Premier on Tuesday December 5, 2017 at 5 pm at the Vatican Radio Press Office, Vatican City.
